Vision Spotlight Events was founded on the belief that exceptional experiences require more than flawless logistics. After leading international projects across Europe for global brands, automotive manufacturers, consumer companies, and technology organizations, founder Luis Kast established Vision Spotlight Events to help companies create meaningful business impact through experiences.
Over the past decade, he has managed projects ranging from executive meetings and product launches to international conferences, hospitality programs, experiential activations, and large-scale brand experiences. His responsibilities have included strategic consulting, participant management, venue sourcing, contract negotiations, operational planning, budget management, and the delivery of projects involving up to 2,600 attendees and seven-figure budgets.
